Find your purchase, connect your accounts, and get help when something needs attention.
Find your access.
- Sign in with Discord or the email used for your purchase.
- Verify your email to recover matching purchases.
- Check purchase history for your plan and access status.
Connect the right account.
- Connect Discord from your Greenlight account.
- Join through the server invite shown there and accept the server rules.
- Select “Check connected access” if your customer role has not appeared.
Use the same Discord account for Greenlight and Helios.
Prepare for your release.
- Sign in to Helios and link the Discord account connected to Greenlight.
- Check Helios access on your Greenlight account page.
- Follow the installation instructions published with your release.
The NBA 2K27 customer package and final installation guide are being prepared. Purchases stay closed until delivery is verified.
Get help with your account.
Email your order number and a short description of the issue. For a missing purchase, include the email used at checkout. Keep passwords, sign-in links, payment card details, and access keys private.
